I never stated Alfonso has done nothing.
Alfonso has done the work of a mere developer.
He's been given plans, ideas and told how/what should be done.
He's followed orders well, that's it.

Even the managers don't know what its like to manage cause they somehow start not coming on when issued the ability to manage a server. Maybe cause they get flooded with pms daily, they can't take the pressure, so they solve it by not coming on or going on vacation for long periods of time.
