it is more then a few a day
about 5 an hour and you have to go to them and hold there items etc
they don't have time for that

5 an hour is nothing for 2 persons, and so what if you have to hold their items..? Its your job you have choosen for it. You could have execpted something like this!

Why do you hold their items? If they want to switch races, they lose their items, it's the price they pay.

Uhh, I never really wanted an ARS Team, the reason the thing was taken out because people who were banned on some servers used that to get out of it. I have no problem whatsoever resetting someones account.

or in other words, he knows that we're right and he can't admit it and thinks of an excuse and says bye...

the ART seems like a good idea and now that the ARS is gone is seems it is needed. I don't know what your problem is with this team because it is doing something and it is helping Graal out in the long run. They aren't doing anything wrong or harming Graal. They are helping Graal and are a needed division in the Graal Online Staff.
