Really, I'm pretty sure it's exactly the same in terms of price of equipment, process for catching things, etc. If anything, fishing would be less profitable than bird catching.

Stefan was working on a baddie dragon, but that seemed to be stopped for some unknown reason...
Perhaps if Stefan were to add baddies on NewMain, players could kill those to get money. The baddies wouldn't be able to go near populated areas either, they would instead be locked into certain ranges of levels.
