I agree, but he said he doesn't like taking things down that people have worked hard on, etc, But he had no problem taking down Enigma..- otherwise, i understand where he is coming from, but when the owner Neglects the Playerworlds (Elven Lands, Mithica..) they should be removed..

There is almost no point in having a playerworld unless it gets traffic..

Stefan should make like a gserver RC like THT suggested...it would have to have some immense hacker protection, and limit access to certain IPs...but I'm sure its possible. Although, he would have to give it only to the most trusted/highest admins, because lower staff might abuse it or something...

I think if Stefan shuts down the playerworlds like that, he won't lose people. They'll just go find a different server to settle on.

When I was PW Testing Admin I asked Stefan about that if he could release a GServer and let the PW Testing Team use it that way we could hold an open testing session on some servers. And I also told Stefan that the PW Team could get on the server together and test also. But he said Unixmad and him has decided not to release a GServer again because supposedly they had problems with it when it was out for 1.28 and 1.31. So I don't think that any staff or anyone will see a GServer anytime soon
