Why isn't it simply impossible to overwrite default files?

Stefan could simply keep a list of default files and not allow any files to be downloaded if they are in the list. However, servers need to start prefixing their files, and I believe that should be one of the things PWA check for when they try to go hosted or something. There really is no excuse for not properly prefixing your files.
