no we wouldn't do that, but raiding wouldn't be the focus of the gang. how fun is zerging in a door getting shot at dieing, doing it again 3 or 4 more times, capturing the base then have them zerg at you till you die?

Glad you like it, so do I. Well, actually it's not that related to Ninja, we have a whole different game-playing style & rules. The only thing that would be similar as the Ninja Gang, would be with the caltrops & such. But hey, you like it so, no big deal! :D Haha.

Nonepwns you idea sounds completely retarted no offence, all the things you listed are mainly charactors from otehr games, that use bows, if this is a modern server why would a gang based on those charactors be introduced? This is modern its suppose to be all guns, grenades, and the acception of a few meele weapons, i dont see your idea fitting era in the least bit.

xIIIOwneDIIx: Rush, once again no offence but this look like it has been taken from GKs kingdom Rising Sun,a samurai people(GK is Medievl times!) once again you guys shoudl keep in mind era is a modern server there are no samurais or shoguns, there police gangs swat court church all this and there has onlt been a few including this in there ideas, you need 2 remember that we ened ideas that fit era not idea that will make everything else seem stupid compared to your idea...

I see the base being located below the bridge. Inside, the first rooms just resemble dank sewers, but further into it, towards the gang "lounge" areas, appear more like a beach, albeit indoors.

Ok, check it out. A stylized rifle, seaweed hanging off it. It should resemble the stereotypical "pirate gun", wooden with gold trimmings. It ends in a giant crab claw. The rifle itself shoots three bullets, with a small spread, doing 15-20 damage per bullet. Give it a long reload time and short rate of fire, it's pretty much a primitive rifle. But the kicker is the crab claw. It operates like bayonet, becoming the player's melee weapon as well. Pressing S with the gun does a quick stab, 10 damage and minor wound, pressing F is a slower slash that stuns the enemy, doing only 10-15 damage.

As a back up weapon, if allowed, a "puffer fish grenade". When thrown, the puffer fish briefly expands on the ground, exploding in 15 quills. Each quill stuns and wounds the enemy, but only do 5 damage per quill. If possible, the quills shouldn't be able to explode barrels or anything.

The constant purpose of this gang is to prove Zorbi superiority, and for the humans who join their ranks to outlive the humans who don't believe in the Zorbi cause. The gang tries to maintain a respectable public relations in an effort to get more people in on the cause, and thus have less human enemies. Honestly, not much can be done with this, as Era has little room of "RP" motives.

Obviously, I think it should be implemented because I think it's a good idea. I wouldn't have typed this if I thought otherwise. And if it's any help, I can do graphics to a minor extent, and ganis, so hopefully if it is done, I could help make the gun a reality. On top of that, I can do levels to the same extent as Era's staff already does, mediocre at best, so my pathetic levels will fit right in with Era's clunky square levels.

Guess what i don't have a light saber so get your fact right, second there are ninjas in modern time bro, so yeah.

And the zorbi idea isn't that bad the only thing wrong with it s that i don't think there is any legit gun to fit then and thee shouldn't be anymore melee weapons. i still think lance has the best idea

make a gang that is actually a gang, most of these ideas are outlandish and would not only make the server look retarded, but have nothing to do with what era is. a gang of hunters, are you for real what animals are there on era to hunt?

I think once the new gang system is in place these applications won't matter as to what were planning to do.

Oh, here's an idea to take advantage of the hot key feature.

Gang Gun(s):

- MT Immobilizer: A chargeable weapon shaped similar to the Crizen. It fires a blast that causes the target's movement speed to dramatically drop. Although it deals no damage the immobilizer leaves the victim vulnerable for the next series of attacks from the MT Needler. The chargeable feature allows the user to charge the gun allowing the immobilization duration to increase. Thus, the longer it's charged, the longer the victim will be affected.

- MT Needler: A small rapid firing gun that is similar to the Teravolt's rate of fire. Due to its small ammunition (not referring clip size) the damage is at a minimal (10 - 14 dmg?). But combined with the MT Immobilizer they are unstoppable.

Sidenote: To prevent people from using other guns with the Immobilizer just lock the gang so that those are the only two guns that can be used while on tag.

Idk why anyone would want to lead a gang at the moment. Ull be stressed out ur ass and just stuggling to keep it going

My gang would be like a role playing gang, but we would PK as much as possible, Pking is fun, and we will have fun together patrolling the streets with bow N arrow :)

a friend and i made a party called jihad, we would strap p4s on ourselves and run into gang bases and blow ourselves up (mostly MF's base). after few days we got a message from a gp saying it was "racist" (even though muslims aren't a race) and demanded we delete the party or get jailed so i doubt that flys.

Through experience, and witnessing past events, I have noticed many failed attempts to actually get work done. Era's development team wants to remove all gangs in the future, due to the fact that gangs in this era just aren't the same as they were in the past.
That is why I am going to introduce my idea. This project will be successful, and I am going to make sure of it.
My men will wear formal attire. As a gang, we will persecute professionally. Any tactics we use will be executed professionally. Every member will respect one another. If someone decides to become a renegade, we will forget them, and go through with an assassination plan.
For the projects specialty, I have decided to make every member the same rank. This idea will reduce the complaints that members have about someone else's rank, and by that I mean no one, other than the two council members I choose, will have a higher rank than anyone else in the gang.
Rank System:
-Father (Leader / Organizer of the project)
-Council (Disciplinarians of the project)
-Disciple (Member rank)

For the weapon, I have decided to try something different. If approved of, I will choose a melee weapon. Guns have been used too often in gangs, so I have decided to choose a Chainsaw.

So, from looking at you all's posts....I may actually have a chance here. Most of the posts are the same....and that is some kind of Military gang. That's an old idea now, think of something new. But anyway, here is my application.

Gang name:
In the process of coming up with a gang name, I tried thinking of something different. Something that hasn’t been thought of yet. I have confirmed my choice, and I have decided to call the gang “Formal Association.”

Theme:

In a swamp area. The base will be surrounded by water with lily pads, and will have vines
up and down it's brick siding with lights and the sewer entrance will be a 'dive under'
entrance, where you dive under the water to find a hidden sewer drain.

Gang weapon:
The gang weapon will be very different. For the gang weapon selection, I have decided to choose a MPS AA-12 Shotgun. It will have a “Black Umbrella Disguise“ meaning the shotgun will be hidden in the umbrella until “F” is pressed. Once “F” is pressed, the umbrella will open up. Instead of the metal pole in place, which is usually inside a umbrella, there will be the MPS AA-12 Shotgun. Another feature will be added, once the “G” button is pressed. That feature will close the umbrella, and make it possible to stab the enemy with the umbrella’s tip. Once hit with the umbrella‘s sharp tip, It will make the enemy bleed.

It was alive once? :rolleyes:

Actually, I led it for a short period of time because I had an injury that I had to get taken care of at the hospital, so I was inactive for 2 weeks. When I led it, it was good....then I gave it to cyclone and it died...
