It basically says we cant take action UNLESS we have a police witness OR enough people complain about the person. This arguement is SO over! If you have any intelligence left what-so-ever you'd save it for a better cause..

Thats exactly what happen. I asked Loriel to return the hats, but he logged off his RC, so i took action myself. But then, toran and i figured out, he should be there because that rule was never out to the public, so i let him go, and he said he would stop scamming. It basically ended there. so can we end it here?
