Who would name themselves after a pokemon?! What's wrong with being a wandering musician? I did that a month and a half ago and there was nothing wrong with it.

Napster - a name that my parents have been calling me since I was a baby since I sleep a lot.

Attacking staff is disrupting.. If there was no rule about attacking staff, then everyone would constantly be attacking them, they couldn't go anywhere or do anything without getting hit.
