Well thats just silly, so if those games where flat like graal 2d you would have loved them? xD

Images are not the only difference in 2D/3D

please tell me all about it.

For example, in a 2D game, you have 4-direction (or more in theory). You point at what you want, where as in 3D, when you are going to shoot something, you can move up and down and side-to-side versus just side to side.

It's already been killed, at least from an oldbie's perspective. Or just my incredibly biased one. I did not say "3d would kill Zone" I said "3d would kill Zone even more."

As for how it could kill it more: 2d WORKS. You guys refuse to stick with what WORKS. You go: "Hey, this 2d **** is kickin!....let's change it." You can replace 2d with whatever other thing you think Zone dev has done wrong. Hey, this could be a fun little game as well as giving the dev staff some pointers!

"Hey, this <insert subject here> **** is kickin!...let's change it."

I think that what Zone had been using before you guys went willy nilly with your dev (What the **** were you guys thinking with base 1? Part of me died inside.) was just fine. Back when the buyable weapons were bluerifle and the jetpack.

Albiet the Gelats help Zone become a more profitable server, so I give them that, but there are many things that worked that they decided to change.

I think if you ARE going to make it 3d, do it for a week or so and see what the players think of it. If it goes over great, then by all means keep it. If it is negatively recieved, however, trash the idea.
