A Zombie wouldn't fit Zone's Futuristic Type theme. Thats why I thought of a Alien Parasite, it invades the body, and leeches off its host to survive, controlling them for a short amount of time, before they kill of the host. (5 Minutes time limit for Parasites)

Alien Parasites fit the futuristic theme more than zombies?? Zombies will always be around granted going from planet to planet the alien parasites do fit the theme much better but do they have to spit parasites?

Can't it be like in Star Trek Voyager where when infected a hole opens on the neck that will release a parasite on a unsuspecting person when they pass?

Err, Yeah because zombies seem to fit in modern times since we have no idea how to completely distroy them unlike in the future they can kill 15 zombies in one shot lulz. LULZ! Maybe they could pull something like the overmind in Halo. There's some sort of main alien/zombie thing that uses telecenetic powers to control the zombies that are too dumb to act on their own.
