Goodbye threads in general are attention whoring. The fact that 75% of them end up as LOL JK IM STAYING NOW THAT EVERYONE SAID THEY'D MISS ME ^^ or whatever the endcase is makes it all the worse.

Forum policy should include a ban on anyones account after they make their quitting post.

No, because I believe it is actually good for people to take a break from Graal, or any hobby actually, but hopefully they will come back. No ban required. :)

Which, when recognized as a break, and presented accordingly:

"Guys, I'm kinda sick of Graal, so I'm going to take a break for awhile, if anyone wonders where I went. I'll probably be back in the near future, and I'll still stop by the forums now and then."

Over a thread entitled:

With a huge rant about everyone they've ever known/met and everything else from here to the moon and back (which thankfully this thread was not guilty of) can make all the difference.
