It was a major problem, the database computer was really broken and some datas were lost.

We had to:

- reinstall a new computer
- restore data from backups
- synchronise data with the last account data to not loose subscription
- ...

We are still monitoring to see if everything is running as expected.

He's not asking for a penny, he's asking to not lose subscription time while Graal is inaccessible, which is a reasonable request and one that has been granted in the past.

Right now we are focusing on making sure everything is up and running.

But we will probably offer 1 day of subscription to gold and vip.
