Yea, even I caught onto that. Smile and nod, and then, when he least expects it, throw in a "Do it better yourself".

Draenin 05-19-2006 09:01 PM

*shrug* Ah, well. At least you drove me to start up on working again. :]

killerogue 05-20-2006 02:05 AM

Jesus christ man. You tried to take my head off. :*( It was a friendly joke. But yeah I was thinking of having a stone statue with a crystallic piece like a jewel or emblem that had water from it since you said you had no um reference and to be creative. :D

What else can I make peeps?

killerogue 05-20-2006 05:24 AM

Oohh... it took me a while to look at it right because at first I just couldn't understand what it was supposed to be x.x I thought maybe you took the original and decided to completly change it around - the colors were throwing me off. And mainly...the skirt. I love the body of the piece (alot!) but the skirt doesnt look like...well...a skirt. When I first looked at it I thought it was a purple torso of a muscular man flexing his arms.

edit: wow i just noticed there's a page 2 in this thread...oops lol

Use lighter and darker shades of the brick colour to create lights and shadows to smooth out the edges, and give the image depth.

killerogue 05-29-2006 03:32 AM

Thank you for the help gentlemen.
