Can you please explain why there should be a server for STOLEN levels? Mayb junky **** levels but not stolen...

I think someone (stefan) seriously needs to go on each and every player-world and check the level quiality. Unfourtunatly, since even some of the worse PWs have lots of players Stefan doesn't want to shut them down.
