You're mistaking ranting for 'stating why'. I try to be thorough, I can see where you could mix those two things up.

Notice how anubis said he didnt want to ramble on for 5 pages when he did just what he didnt want other to do...

If you don't take the time to do it right you get an inferior result. Ideas have to be analysed and perfected before put into motion. That's the point of these forums.

Yes, I will state my opinion. I also read other peoples' opinions and consider them. If I'm unsure about something I'll ask about it. If I don't agree with any point of their opinion, I'll mention it and say why... Maybe it was something that they didn't think of at the time. Maybe they will change their opinion.

It's sad that most people don't consider the opinion of everyone else that's posting... That sort of throws a wrench in the works, don't you think?

Usually you start at the first page when you begin reading a thread. That way you understand what's happened in the discussion so far.

i agree with haunter, if someone has an idea u dont like, i think its more apreciated for an explanation, just most people flame **** outta anyone.

thick line? I always thought of it has a hairline because heres the difference

1. rambling: goes on for weeks on end before someone shuts them up
2. explanations: people understand
