I run out of VIP in 10 days and im not sure if I will have the money at the time to renue it...Im sure I will sometime but not right away... Will I still be able to use this client when my VIP has ran out and does my VIP webhosting get whiped when my VIP runs out?

You can still run Graal V4 without VIP, but you'll only be able to use a Guest account which does'nt stay active forever. I'm not sure about your VIP hosting files, but the best and smart thing to do would be to just save them on your computer untill you upgrade to VIP again, so all you have to do is just load them.

GraalV4 is neat, I like how I can see the people on in different servers and send them messages

I must say, this finally brings Graal's overall appearance to MMORPG level.

Now, the rest of the site/etc needs to be revamped into the new color theme or something. Green is old; black and blue are popular "techie" colors.

Maybe i just can't find it. But is there a option for turning off light effects. I dont see it where it usually is in options.

No there isn't an option to turn off light effects. If your game is slow because of it, please update your DirectX and your drivers of the grafic card to the last version. I got the same problems and resolved them on that way.
Now its faster than v2 and the litgheffects are cool.

It doesnt make me slow i just hate logging onto a server and everything being all dark because its "nightime" or some bs

Lovin g4, only annoying part is when you use alt + 3 to minimize the mini map it'll still show the names of people when you put your mouse over where the mini map was

Gah, is there any way for the Dev servers to allow the staff online with v4 even without a VIP? We (Delteria Dev) would love to get to work on the new stuff V4 allows us to do, but not when only 2 of our staff members have VIP...
