8 bullets per round....only does about 5-10 dmg from far distance and does about 36 upclose.....and thats cheap???? it is easily dodgeable

You phail to realise the facts Jin.
It spreads like a shotgun, prevents you from moving to dodge the next attack, and is slightly overpowered. It should not be given to commandos and scouts, they are the fastest classes.
