Actually, the character of Gryffon if I am to recall, was up for consideration of prince, but there was RP alternatives discussed, including that of you remaining chancellor and possibly becoming steward of sorts should we resign. But my point is two fold, and not intended to be confrontational, one, we obviously cared about Dustari's history and the contributions of oldbie players, and two, if you are 'game' for rping you should suggest better RP alternatives instead of attacking people for daring to suggest RP ideas you find less than perfect. Sure, adopting you directly as prince was on the table, but you were also considering a whole new character at that time, and we had not hashed out the details. In short, we did specifically offer you, not your character, that role.
