Obviously I did recieve this job for other reasons, as I am not popular...I was given this job because I have always strictly enforced rules, and that is what Unixmad wants, period
Encouraging change is fine, legitament concerns are fine, giving positive input or critisim is fine...this is not what is done for the most part on the public forums...most of the time it is a "you suck" "so and so for supermod" etc.... type of threads which does nothing to help anything. Also, I dont think having a bunch of threads about the same thing started over and over is going to help anything either

I think you're misrepresenting reality. Generally if people make such comments, it's in direct protest against a change or action. In voicing their disagreement in public, along with like-minded users, they hope to make the moderator stop and think, and perhaps try to justify his/her actions.

Granted, this rarely succeeds, but I don't think we can blame that on the users...

Galen is more of a player to me, than an Admin. Though he has the powers(?) and respect of one, he just gives off the feel of being a player. You can actually freely talk with him.

Tyhm is mean. I remember he insulted me back on RC a couple months ago about a level I had made on Classic Dev for the Boat NPC (Primarily so the port numbers for the two boats would be even so I could just copy and paste scripts, change strings). I told him why I had made it and he just wrecklessly flamed at me so I'm like "God Damnit, nobody's going to back me up, I quit". And then the LAT Admin and everyone else is like "..." and then Tyhm said "Sorry I scared away your tiler." The everyone else was like "He was our best scripter, nevermind that he was the asst!" I don't think I saw Tyhm on Classic Dev after that.
Yea, and there was that time when I won the Graalympics Endurance thing he never gave me my tshirt because I "threatened to defraud Graal." Then of course, nobody responded to my Forum PMs or emails to give the shirt to charity, since that was what I was going to do with it anyway... That really pissed me off.

All and all, I'm GLAD Tyhm quit.
