You paid for the privilage of using these boards as long as you follow the rules of the boards. Unixmad owns these boards, and if he says no talking about other MMORPG's, then that is what will be enforced, get over it.

He said that that's what he thought, not that it has to be that way. And quite frankly I agree with him. It seems quite paranoid to disallow any kind of discussion of other MMORPGs on the forums, I can understand not wanting actual advertising, but not discussing. Nontheless, these boards are owned by CyberJourer so is their choice.

It all stemmed from when there was a big Ragnarok craze on the forums and there were multiple threads about it and basically unix took a bit of offense to it that here are all these people who are talking about playing another MMO more than Graal. I'd have done the same thing in his shoes.

Ahh, this I did not know... Yeah, if a whole lotta threads about some other RPG started popping up at once, I'd get pretty peeved myself I suppose.

Graal doesn't stand a chance against other mmorpgs. Sure we'll always play it, but other MMORPG's are much better. This is why talking about other mmorpg's is not allowed. Unixmad knows that Graal isn't "good enough" (no offense).

Then again, Graal is still the most "addicting" one because you can actually DEVELOP. On those stupid korean mmorpgs, the only thing you do is WORK. WORK WORK WORK for money to buy avatar items, WORK to get those Doppelganger cards, and work your ass off just to kill those 2 boss golems.

Graal has some working in it too, but alteast it's fun :|. (Well, sometimes. Graal 2002 has already turned into another korean mmorpg where you have to work for everything.) But most servers havnt.

No, I have no reason to suck up. There's nothing for me to gain by doing that. I'm just tired of seeing them being attacked for no reason. The time to criticize them is when they actually do something wrong.
