Bugger off. You're entitled to your opinion, but just because that person thinks badly of her, doesn't give them the right to call her what they did.

No, that happens when a decent person tries to play Graal. That happens when a really good Manager does their job, and does it right....the Graal community frowns on that.

Only someone thats been there would understand.

Be well

My eyes are opened now, i see so much
I read somewhere freedom comes at a price,
and its true, for me it was the heartache of
closing Doomsday down, but i set myself and
many others free.

And only those that were there, have been there, know what its like, know what i went through.

No. It's what happens when people make enemies, regardless of the reason. It happens to bad managers, it happens to good managers, it happens to everybody.

That may be true....
According to the majority of the Graal community, from my experiance....if you are a strict manager, you are a terrible manager, if you are a corrupt manager in the sense, that you abuse people, you are a terrible manager...but if you are corrupt in the sense, that you give people stuff, hire your friends and give them goodies, then you are a great manager, and have lots of friends.
Now, I'm not saying that everyone is like this, but if you have/had been a decent manager as long as I have, you would know what I am talking about.
Everyone is going to make enemies, for whatever reason. Most of the time, you just have to consider the source, from my experiance, most of the people who give/gave me a hard time are nothing but troublemakers who have probably been jailed/banned by myself or someone on Npulse at one time or another. Other times, people are just angry at what I did, or did not do on Npulse....some are valid complaints, but hardly worth getting angry over.....
Sadly, I really believe that Graal is an outlet for alot of kids, doing/saying things they cant get by with in real life. Taking their anger about something in real life, out on people on Graal. who better then the managers? I could be wrong, but this is just what I think from what I have seen :(

Of course I know what you're talking about, don't patronise me. Those who cheat and disrupt are usually the most vocal players, so there's a chance that an observer could fail to hear the other voices. That doesn't mean they don't exist. If a manager is bad, most people realise that he's bad.

The whole internet suffers from that phenomenon. Fortunately most people can play by the rules, and those that can't usually grow out of it.

What? I wasn't trying to patronise you, I was simply explaining things the way I see them, from my own experience....

If read literally, it implies that I don't know what you mean. If that wasn't the intention then I retract my complaint.

I experienced that, i was friendly but i pushed rules, i didnt like any Graal rules being broken, and i kept them to the point of losing staff and friends, making enemies.
Not to say i didnt make mistakes, i did, it was stressful a lot of times, we'er only human, but it takes a special person to admit they made a mistake, and an even better one to learn from it.

You were a great manager(In my eyes). It doesn't take someone elses verification for you to know whether or not you accomplished something well such as managing. Sure, they can have an opinion, but overall it's all about how you feel at the end.

So... If you think you're a good manager then you are a good manager? Those're pretty slack criteria.

Not if you're self-centered and egotistical.

Not really to others, but how you think about yourself is more important then what others think about you. Sometimes. I understand what you are saying, but everyone has different opinions about everyone else, the best opinion is the opinion you have for yourself.

That's debatable. People often rate themselves higher than they deserve.

Your correct on that. There is nothing wrong with self-esteem though. Even if they rate themselves higher then they deserve, others will disagree with them, but they are still happy with themselves.
