Sure maybe you were unbanned globally for the credit card fraud that you screwed many people over with..

BUT...you got banned from kingdoms for repeatedly(note:more than i did) sexually harassed Zoe AND Wren, not 1, but 2. You were banned from 2002 for you actions ON 2002...had nothing to do with npulse, bravo, un, or any playerwords..It had to do with 2002, therefore, you were removed from kingdoms.

Want to listen to something I've noticed? Nobody has listed specific parts of me harassing Zoe/Wren other than Me. And If you ask Zoe/Wren if I had harassed them since my return to GK, they will say no. How do I know this? Gee, I've had a few people ask them.

II. Inappropriate nickname. First, it was "Brad", followed by a slough of words clearly indicating that he was looking for prostitutes, and to PM him.

When warned of its inappropriateness and asked to change it, he replaced "Brad" in his name with "Tseng."

He was warned yet again. He did not change it.
But, as you said, I "just asked him to change it then banned him"?

this is how it went, Brad told me what he did play by play.
Brad sees the ban as fit, Brad's not complaining about it, No need for anyone else to. Drop it and don't harass tseng about it. If you want to harass him about a ban, there's always my ban. :cool:

Toran - As far as I'm concerned, you broke the agreement which you agreed to in order to be unbanned the last time I did so myself. You agreed to completely avoid them, and refrain from saying anything the least bit offensive (I mean that in the offense/defense type meaning, not the 'will cause the person to take offense' definition...I'm a bit tired now heh.). Anyway, you broke that agreement; I don't remember if it was Wren or Zoe who said it, but yes, one of them did say you were harrassing them after it. But, regardless of all of that...

Since you're so certain I am biased or am out to get you, I have agreed to leave your ban status in the hands of another. The decision this other staff member makes will be the final one, I will not attempt to fight it.

As soon as I noticed it (I wasn't on client, someone pointed it out to me - Loriel, in fact), I asked him to change it, and he did so without changing it back or any other adverse happenings.

As for my not feeling well, it was unrelated. My lunch disagreeing with me, combined with a high amount of stress I've been under lately, made for a rather uncomfortable feeling. I was dizzy with a bit of nausea. Trust me on this one - Trying to play graal while the screen looks like it's spinning is not quite as fund as it would sound.

I don't think you should be removed from the game. I think that you do feel remourseful. It's kind of like the time that I apparently harassed wren and zoe, yet I apologized to them and we've been on neutral terms for 2 + weeks but I'm still getting banned over this ****?

And, anU, weren't you mad at me for trading stuff for Zoe's monkey sandals?

If you don't remember, then what the heck? How do you even know it was true? How do you even know when Zoe/Wren admitted to me, dragon x, sliq, and Ed, and probably more, that I was not harassing them, all I did was apparently "steal" their boots. I mean, really, come on. Zoe and I came to somewhat of an agreement ourselves and have remained on neutral terms since I was unbanned like the first or second time. I have no need to harass them, they have not done anything to me. They are some of the BETTER players in graal, I feel that way, but I don't believe that I have harassed them in any way other than maybe PKing Zoe because I was mad at her calling me "selfish" after I spent hours leveling wren. I have nothing against either of them, no need to harass them, thus, I did not. :\

But I do not think you are baised. It might seem this way, yeah, but I haven't seen any other Admin getting on GK and banning me at the blink of a feather and the drop of an eye.

I didn't really see any notion of her trying to be friends with me. She came up to pull me and I was okay with that. She walked away and I went to hit her to see if she was on peaceful, and she wasn't, so I walked back away. I can't read minds but once I heard she was upset by it or something I had someone send her this:

I'm sick of all these God damned harassment cases on Kingdoms. Someone needs to be a little looser with the ban hammer, if not the ban hammer then we need a jail or reset account thing for people. This is ridiculas, people pay for this game and should not have to deal with this crap when they try to play it. I would demand my money back if anU were not punished for this, and I don't have anything against anU prior to this incident. It's just another case of irresponsible, mean behavior. It's time to start making examples of people who use mean, disgusting language to other human beings. I love how they feel the need to hide behind their computer screen, because truth be told I'd deck anyone who said anything like that to me.
