So what your saying is if I took an image from any game with a black outline and I used the black color of the outline which was the same color black in ms paint and used that black color to make something totally different thats infact stealing? and ivie azuran (manager/admin?) of terra made the ToT tileset and worked for NW.

Sigh. Both trees seem to have been constructed in almost exactly the same way, so I can understand Konidias' complaints. Tyrial, if you want to stand up for yourself then simply calmly explain that you didn't steal it, and think about making modifications. Don't start a fight, because that always makes you look more guilty.

I dident copy the image I just used the gold colors which I made by making the image gray then making it gold in psp7.

No no its not that its just when I make graphic sometimes I will take different images of what I want to make weather it is the thing I'm trying to make or has certain colors that might play a role in different aspacts of the graphic. As along as the finished peace looks nothing like what you were using as template or examples or outlines or even fractions of ideas for parts of the work It really is not stolen. Because what you have done is taken many different things changed them and then put them togreather to create something new.

Also, if you look at the attached picture, you can clearly see that I based my newest tree trunk on my old tree trunk, which in fact, doesn't even look remotely similar to the first tree trunk. :rolleyes:

They look kinda similar in the way you had the roots like that. It's definetly not a copy though.

But honestly, how different can trees be? They all have roots, they all have trunks, they all have bark, and they all have leaves/needles.

Yeah those trees look different only one improvment I think you should have shadows under your tree.
