Noone is working on it and the current management wont give it up... or so I'm told.

There's nobody with the skills that wants to do it.

Sure, there are a lot of people who would try to. I would try to. But it needs to be someone who can.

Yes, but i know people can TRY to, that would WANT to, and they MIGHT be able to do it. It's just that, there would never be a CAN if there is no one who would want to try. But then, much the same, there would never be a CAN either if the current management doesn't give it up.

Not to seem ****y or egotistical here... but I've requested management be transferred to me numberous times. So there is atleast one person who is willing and ready to do it. And I do have management and leadership experiences.

Or you could just go and look for another person. I personally dont care as long as it's completed.
