Uhh If I remember correctly you wouldn't come on 2k1 for weeks at a time. I even remember reading Staff complaints of your Inactivity.
But don't get me wrong you did contribute a little to the Bomy Moon Community so that in my eyes is a good thing but the whole thing where you were inactive and couldn't find someone else to do your job for you (Since obviously you weren't gonna do it) negates it all.

The only periods when I didn't come on for more than 1 (maybe 2) days at a time would be when I was OUT OF TOWN with NO COMPUTER ACCESS. I never wanted anyone to do my job for me, and no one ever did. Hence why I never looked for a replacement. I was doing my job exactly as my job should have been done; I managed the server, which is what "Manager" entails. It is not "Manager-Developer". It's just "Manager". And I managed the server, which included hiring, firing, directing projects and keeping up to date with what was going on.

Do not talk about things you only know from secondhand info.

If you come back Tseng, slap some sense into Dave (Acct: RaabHimself).. his abuse of staff powers is overly irritating.

Oh please. A managers job is the biggest developement role of all! A manager must be able to do everything, how else can they produce something staff can respect and look up to?! Do you know what it is to Direct? Obviously Not.
To Direct something you must have an idea of where you plan to direct it to. Yeah that's right IDEA And if you are Directing a Server you must know how to Develop these ideas on where to Direct your server.

Would you like to know what the means? That means they are the boss, the big guy, the one making decisions. That does NOT mean they are complete slackers, not doing ANY work themselves. With game developement, everyone is doing alot of work. Graal is not a serious game developement deal, so Managers have no work (well, they always do, but I am using the word in the way you believe it is) if they abuse power and choose not to help. With that in mind, a Manager should be going out of his way to help, so a Manager should be making stuff.

And you wonder why you failed miserably as a manager.
