It's the Manager's/Owner's RESPONSIBILITY to monitor his server. If there is porn on anything Graal related, it reflects on Graal. So it should be destroyed.

It's funny how Renegade got tooken down for just advancing a little slow but yet there has been much greater problems on other servers...

I say we dont ip ban the manager. its not his falt If one of his staff betrays him and uploads porn on his server. But he should get rid of it if he knows whats going on and fire the staff member who did it....

errr and who gave him/her the rights to access the server in this way ummmm ? Hiring idiots or irresponsible people as Staff and giving rights to them they have no business having is the DIRECT responsiblity of the Manager and HE/SHE is held accountible for ALL actions of his/her Staff on the server. It's called mismanagement and they need to take the blame and the fall for it as well. :(

And it is the manager's fault. I know that on X... logs were checked EVERY DAY. Then everything that was uploaded was checked. If you dont want to do that... then you dont deserve a server.

But all I'm saying is if you have staff that you trust and then back stabs you and as soon as you find out you fix it and ban the staff members ass. Then I dont think the manager should be banned for fixing it.....

It's impossible to hack RCs, unless they have the exact same IP as the person they're hacking. That, or a person would strangely have the IP range of *.*.*.* or something extremely vague. O_o

If the manager knew about it and didn't care to do something about it then the Manager should be fired and never be allowed to work on another playerworld, but if he doesn't know about it then it's not his fault. There are times where people will take a few days off to get away from things. It's not like they're on 24 hours a day and monitoring every single action that takes place.

well BoOj was on Vaction so he could not get it gone to fast but i know for a fact it was not a staff member.All Cynical staff are Awsome trustworthy people.none would do somethinglike that.but i know that it was a hacker.i have 2 suspects that im pretty sure who did it but i will not say unless a admin asks.For the truth i think Cynical should not be shut down...yes it may be low on player count but withy up coming projects i will be giving BoOj it will go higher.Also Darlene who was that person who showed you all this stuff?

Secondly, the Radio is in clear site... Kinatt has been going for a while... I'm 100% that SOMEONE else found it and SOMEONE else reported it.

Saying that the RC was hacked was the manager's fault. It was the staffer's fault. Both should be banned.

A hacker? Don't make me laugh, and there are no such thing as trainers made to put up porn, unless you're talking about gt201 or whatever the program you can use to change gifs and so on, I think that's impossible now anyway, so if you think you know who it is, why don't you care to inform us.

Why does it matter who showed me where the radio shop is, and the other place...I wont say because this person seemed like a decent person trying to help me, and I dont want people jumping all over him....lol, I dont even remember who it was now anyway because it doesnt matter...all he did was show me what I asked him to show me, plus tell me that someone said not to let people in the radio shop because alot of the players were kids.

I say clear out the staff and appoint a new manager rather than taking it down, the server has some potential, the current managers dont if they're hiring idiots like the person who put that up.

You cant use clientside trainers now because we have anti-hacker technology and the wonderful little device called an NPC Server.

It's the manager's server... you cant imagien the troubles in the future if the server still stands. We dont know who did it... we're going for a couple of people... but for all we know. The whole server could be involved in it.

Someone said it was a small server. If you remove the staff then the players will drop ATLEAST half. So it'll be a ruined server anyway.

Removal is the only way to fix this problem.

There is also cussing in the owners house.

I wasn't saying get rid of it because it sucks. It DOES suck, but that's not why it should be taken down. It violated the EULA and code of conduct, so it needs to go.

Something needs to be done about the staff member that put it up but the server shouldn't be taken down...
UN wasn't taken down when they had gif's of condom machines on it....so i don't see how this is any different.

(then again i didn't see the picture on cynical so i don't know how bad it is)

Well, considering this was my 'find' as you want to call it here's my recomendation. Nemesis or whoever the hell is left in PWA, make a complete review of Cynical's staff as well as the overall quality of the server. If the evaluation is un-successful then my opinion is to shut it down.
