I still am the Accounts Manager.
I won't be getting my RC back to fix accounts until this is all worked out. Sorry if it seemed like I told everyone I was fired, because I was confused at the time. |
I think Lyndzeys plan looks okay but I don't see the need for the head GM. I mean, all the GM's talk to stefan/unixmad directly, plus who is this person going to be?
I'm already handling help with support center, site stuff, forums, and gold servers. |
the site manager looks like a good job, id rather be a site manager than a mangager on graal :P
|
Stefan/Unix needs to find a replacement for Ibonic :-\

I think it would be good if Stefan/unixmad hired someone who works in their office with them that is on a lot and can do head GM things. That way if an NPC server shuts down, or servers are having problems, the head GM can fix it. |

I just think there needs to be a group of people going through to Support Center, weeding out the non-fixable issues, and then sending the issues to the approperate people. There also needs to be someone(s) to do some jobs that otherwise, only Unixmad or Stefan could do, because lets face it, they do too much at once, it would be nice to have some way of speeding the process along. Instant gratification is a BIG step for good PR. Right now Graals PR is really in a slum =\

Someone in their office would be good, but yet again, the people currently there, seem to have their hands full as well. Nao is doing GBA, and I don't see her playing on Graal a lot (I see her sometimes on 2k2 but that's it) |

Dude wtf, when did you get level4 RC on 2k2? When did you get RC period, and did you just check stuff and take screenshot? Plus why are you using xp! x.x
