Yes, the #4s can create more levels between themselves and the #5s if they really want, they can make 4.5's - GP Captains or whatnot - but they essentially all fall under the jurasdiction of the GP Chief, and under no circumstances should stuff be getting all the way to ME before at least a token effort's made to contact the GP Chief! I had emergency powers once, I'm a trusted admin, I am not a part of the ordinary flow chart!

Yeah. I may come back after I get set up at my new digs, depending on how that all plays out, but I'm pretty much definitely quitting, and definitely leaving LAT. I'm no longer the LAT I was, I've been corrupted by the ceaseless bickering, backstabbing and politicking necessary in any position of sufficient power to change things. All I can do now is try to shield Lomgren and Com013 on my way out to keep them from the same fate. No LAT Admin should have to worry about Lycia taking their job if they're doing it, their primary concern should always be the levels.

I also agree with you, Gps should come to the Chief before you, or anyone else. Chain of Command, it should be followed.

hough some of you may question his activity and his work, I've been able to keep in touch with him to fulfill my duties as a PW inspector, and he's done his job well. He is also very available. I have confidence in both the GM's that they will do outstanding jobs (I had the opportunity to talk to Ibonic a bit today as well)

Lomgren's constantly swamped with his classes, but he's got the dedication. As my vice-admin, he'll be replacing me in December.
Com013's got the skills, the drive, and the imagination. When I was in his position, the only thing holding me back was some deadwood LAT Admin hogging the FTP. I don't wanna perpetuate that ritual. Let the people who want to change the world change it while they still have the energy, they pretty much always do more good than harm in the long run. And unlike in real life, Graal has a backup copy if I'm wrong. ^_^

why ibonic for admin again?
long time ago he was account admin, he quit and said "i will never come back to graal"
now i want to know how he got that job.

Ibonic is a nice guy, and was really helpful when I talked to him about Graal2001 and really tried and asked questions, etc... He is Great :) Nemesis is still the best though ;-)

I did make a few mistakes (as everyone does) in the past, but I normally don't make the same more than once -- I apologize if I have, or do in the future.

I removed certain graphics because people repeatedly sent in new graphics that were rejected, using excuses such as "this other graphic is <insert description>, so why wasn't mine accepted?"; I figured (without thoroughly thinking, but also having it suggested) that people wanted all of the graphics to follow the same guideline -- which was obviously not the case.

I also did not leave because I couldn't "handle" the job -- I don't understand where all of these rumors come from. I was originally planning to leave because I needed to create an income for myself in order to keep living, and possibly because I felt as if people were misinterpreting my actions towards them and/or Graal. I don't want this to appear as an excuse, but as some of you that are "closer" to me may know, I also found out that I had contracted Lyme disease months before, which also imposed a greater challenge for "living" in general.

I wish that you would all give me a chance before judging me due to mostly rumors and/or misinterpretations. I've never done or will intentionally do anything to harm Graal in any way.

Hrm...well as most of you know, I hate just about everyone. Mainly because most of you are ignorant idiots who only care about yourselves. Buuuut I still say we give the guy a chance before we condemn him to the fire ridden pits of hell :)

Makes sense. When people complain their submission was rejected for tiling errors and Zol's is rife with them, I'm obligated to fix Zol's - though in the meantime I tell them the precedent is no excuse for continued misbehavior. Once upon a time Jack the Ripper killed a bunch of prostitutes and got away with it, that doesn't make it okay for you to do it.

I miss rdshield, blueshield and the gang...had to redo pretty much every NPC in silmaria, they all used that old black and blue striped shield...recolors, man, recolors are key...when you got recolors, you can change your colors, then change shields to match without changing styles...you can get Red Guards and Blue Guards, still in the same uniform...it's good stuff. Never liked the recolor rule, but that's me.

I didn't and don't like the recolor rule either. If I could somehow make the decision about removing those graphics again, I most likely wouldn't have them removed.
