i think it's the damn "/shout" system crashing it. it lags like hell when transferring from inside to outside levels. they should just remove it.

Stefan really needs to make the server closed to all but a few dozen hand-picked alpha testers so the kinks may be worked out without crashing the server. This NPC server downtime is getting to be ridiculous.

Or at least have the option to hide the window. It was a poorly thought out, poorly implemented idea ripped straight from FFXI. It's really my largest problem with 2k2 right now, and I doubt there's a single player who disagrees.

I don't understand why doesn't stefan add a program to make the npc server restart after or right when it crashes.

The system bit at the side is terrible.
It's good for some things but not many.
Especially the talking.
What's wrong with toalls?

Welcome to g2k2 = Classic body stuck in noob look. Can't move or talk. Unstick me brings to a second all black level and any class selection has yet to be seen. *sigh* :(

The release of 2k2 this time is a work of art, in my opinion. But, if Stefan keeps this up, with the server going up and down, and keeps his prices at the price their at...people are going to quit upgrading.

I just started this server, ohh maybe 2 min ago. Some old man walked up to me and he tells me to go to a pub. But I notice a hair shop! I change my hair and such.. But than the NPC Server died.

I am now so confused about what there is to do on this server. Could someone please help me? Just tell me what I have to do to get started off and such. I have no idea what is going on and how to get rid of this text that flutterd my screen.

Actually it isn't, the only places in Europe which are on GMT are the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Ireland and Portugal, the rest is on GMT+1, or GMT+2.

So France is an hour in front of me.
I thought Stefan said it was in RC chat one time, just wasn't sure. :)
