How exactly are you supposed to become part of the PWA team? You say if you ask to become part of the team, you get blacklisted. What other way is there? Besides a**-kissing your way into the team, there isn't much of a choice. I just don't see how that is a good formula for hiring people.

Basically you have to kiss some rear, and try to show off at how good you are at reviewing pw's? Either that, or be friends with the staff I'm guessing. :(

I was as surprised as all of you that I got the job, I never thought I'd even be considered since I wasn't best friends with the admins, guess I was wrong about Graal staff only hireing friends and family ;)

Psyker and I never talked before he hired me, I considered myself an annoyance to him because I was with sanstrata. When I got the PM from him I thought I had done something, or he was PMing me to say he was taking down sanstrata.

Why must these people be so... so... I dont know why they keep banning you, its not like you've broken the rules. Maybe there is a good reason, and im just not seeing the whole picture, im not sure.

Well I have no control over this, it says "Contact Owner before unbanning" and It wasn't Kelly, so it must have been Alex.

I know, I never blamed you. I just don't agree with Alex running a playerworld for these reasons. Banning someone because you don't like them isn't what I consider acceptable behavior for a PW owner. Rudora hasn't really done well since he tool over the server either... then he wanted to leave and have the server shut down instead of handing it over to someone else (until PWA told him that would not be happening) The playerworld has been going through alot of management problems lately. Hopefully they will clear up. I, however, am not getting involved in anything Rudora related because I know that I would be accused of having corrupt intentions, even though that is far from the case.

Thats all the information I'm going to discuss about Rudora. Please don't bring the topic up in this thread again.
