Here is a thought. If you sent him a check you could do a stop payment on it. If he signed it then you would have his signature. Yadda yadda who cares. Money order you would still have a signature. Yadda yadda who cares. If you sent him cash you're a complete and utter *****.

So either
a. He didnt recieve and you are a ***** for accusing him.
b. He did recieve it cashed it and you have his signature.
C. You sent cash and you are a ***** for sending cash through the mail.

Hey Genesis I tried responding to your Forum pm but it said your mailbox was full. I might have the old levels for Tension, but it'll take a while to find them since I have a couple thousand levels on my computer.

As for that guy you sent a check and has produced nothing good for you. Check to see if the check was cashed. If he didn't cash or deposit the check then just cancel the check and he won't get the money.

This is so funny I can't laugh O.O! This is funny that you would risk acually money over a personal transaction for something you could probably get for free if you found the right guy/girl. There is really nothing you can do to sue in any case, in any court it wold be thrown back in your face as a joke so I am sorry. If you sent cash in the mail you should be spanked. If it was a check, and it was lost in the mail, then it was never cashed.
