I thingk this becouse iv seen it,I went to a sevrer the NPCs were crappy and by what peaople told me thier NAT Chief was well known and did all those um excuse for this but Pathetic scripts then i seen some NAT apply for my server he was AWSOME he could do just about every thing

If a person applies for servers then he quickly becomes well-known. And I agree that many well-known scripters are poor, but one good unknown scripter doesn't prove anything. In a way, your own logic is tripping you up. You can't say a scripter is good compared to well-known scripters until you know exactly how good all well-known scripters are.
