tons of classic GPs play 2k1...
|
I think that no matter who is in management, someone will always have problems with that person. When was there not a problem with whoever was managing graal? For the most part anyway.
|
Lesson:
Do not rely on the 8-ball. |
hahaha this is hilarious. Here I will explain why:
Birdbird and me got in a fight a couple weeks after I came back to 2k1 staff (i was co-manager with him at the time) He told me that he talked with Stefan about having me replaced with none other than Kamuii. I asked him why, and he said that I wasn't managing 2k1 well enough. Then I asked him when he was going to inform me about this and he said he was going to talk with me basically, AFTER he replaced me. (umm who is the bad manager again?) I thought you were supposed to deal with issues one on one with the staff, not go behind their backs and get them replaced without ever telling them about it until it's too late. He never confronted me about me not doing enough management work, he just went behind my back and talked with Stefan about getting me replaced. We argued a lot, and I think it was alkaren(?) that jumped on his side and didn't see where I was coming from. He showed me that side of him most of you never see. He basically believed I was getting upset because I was getting replaced, when in reality, I was upset because I was never informed about any of it, and especially when birdbird could have told me what I was doing wrong so I could do better. Then we argued about Kamuii replacing me, and I was asking him why he thought Kamuii would do a better job (bringing up the fact that he was owner of providence, which plummeted to nothing) He told me that Kamuii would do a better job at managing than me because he knew Kamuii in real life, and knew he could handle things. (yet another friend being hired by birdbird) Then finally we worked it out, I stayed for a week or so, and then decided to just give up on 2k1 after fal and sk both started being idiots and doing corrupt things. Now Kamuii gets hired, but oh wait! now he is FIRED! I feel birdbird needs to be replaced.. I have nothing against him, and he is my friend, but he manages Graal like an armless man playing basketball. |

Anyway, I don't know if I should support the replacment of Bird, as he might be replaced with someone worse, like Loriel. |
I just think we need more that 1 person running it.
Dont replace anymore people, we just need more staff. |

Birdbird can be a jackass sometimes, Kumii did do a good job tho ;)

Don't turn this into a Birdbird bash thread.
He's a good guy, he just makes horrendously stupid decisions sometimes. :\ |

No words express my anger right now :(
I cannot believe how ignorant and twisted he thinks, someone who has absolutely no perception of the future, but his goal is to kill staff off on a server with an already severe shortage, and to eventually run some sort of tyrannical rule over graal 2001. And this is all coming from a guy who himself is barely ever on. |
Googi would make the best GM.

Ewwwww ugly thing in your sig brad
