The levels dont go directly into the server they go in a waiting list and Birdbird or some high up authorizes them.

I think most, if not all staff with RC should have reset abilities.
I mean mainly people with RC are high staff.
When ART was deleted there were very few people on to reset accs.
In the past few days I've had to reset 4 accounts for people. That shows how much little accounts were reset.

I think all level makers should have upload to levels folder but not download from it.

warpto (all forms)
update lvl
disconnect player
veiw player attr
reset attr
admin msg
ban players
change comments
view guilds list
and upload ganis
Thats all ive needed so far so bird gave me sufficent rights to do what i need, except ganis stefan gave me that

Well any person that is a level maker gets RC. I could see if someone like Spanky got RC, but not someone who just signed up with level maker and makes good levels. I think RC should only be given to someone who has been in that position for a long time and makes above average quality levels.

The ones who got RC have been working for g2k1 for 4 months or so.
