They were semi-fine with Stefan, now he's deserted Graal2001 for Graal2002. You need to keep customers happy, not let them sit and wait for something.

I don't want to blame anyone, but if I had to kind of look at one of the causes of why Graal 2001 sucks is because it is poorly managed.
