Yeah, looks like alot of the arguing has been doine already, but the main Point I'm thinking right now is,

It's not any admins fualt if you lose money in a personal house due to the rent not being paid. You put your money in another persons house not a graal bank or a trust fund. If the money is lost its seriously the owners fualt for not taking that responsiblity.

Even though it is very very sad when it does happen.

Everyone forgets that Brad was gone for a week because his computer was down. How do you expect him to pay rent without a computer? Goodbye!

Without a computer, how is that possible?

Maybe it happend before the computer went poof?
Konidias didn't want to openly show what the ban reson was, so I'm still a bit puzzled as well.

Same here.

I'd like to see the money returned to the people, though, or at least a percentage of it. They did jack crap to deserve this.

Well some how he got on to tell his friends and post on the forums saying his comp is in the shop, all he had to do is say, "if I am not back in time will you pay the rent for my house, I will pay you back."

The money was returned.. I returned it.. read earlier posts..

The fact of the matter is, it was Brad's responsibility.. he had supposedly just got back the day AFTER his rent was due, meaning it wasn't because he was banned, but because he wasn't online. There should always be some sort of agreement with the renters that if it's coming close to the time to pay rent, and the house owner isn't there, then the rent should be payed by someone staying there.

He was banned for a serious reason, if you want to know why, ask him, because I don't feel that it's appropriate to discuss something that doesn't need to be discussed.

Clearly none of this is Konidias' fault, but maybe the issue of money being deleted from houses should be addressed. Perhaps a warning to occupees that the rent is soon to run out, so they can take away the money?
