I only PK them if they PK me first, and even after that I always give them their money back.

my rules on PKing with a FAQ/Staff tag on are varied.

If they're not in the middle of helping someone, and someone PKs them, I guess they can go ahead and attack back, considering the person obviously though "HEY I WILL ATTAX HIM AND HE CANNOT DO NETHING." If you let them think that all the time, things will never change. Some FAQs are usually nice enough to return the money. I let people PK me as long as I am not doing anything important with my tag on. If the FAQ starts PKing with his tag on, gets killed, and then asks for the person to get jailed, no.

If a FAQ starts pking someone with his tag on, they're usually suspended or fired. Proof is needed, though.

In this situation, neither of you have proof, so, sorry.
