You see what Karakaze can do now?
stand infront of the mining areas and pk potental miners
keeping them from mining in the new areas if they don't have enough money after being killed and thus has to go back to the open mines and get their rocks stolen
so in the end it doesn't even matter

Haha, I think they CAN pull it off. In fact, it's now easier to PK miners.. Googi you lose, it's over

A person with 100AP could get through easily, just hit 1 or 2 Karakaze members and you can run right through.

If you don't have 100AP you can get through by pausing (And as you know, mining inc are a bunch of pausing noobs).
