That is because you buy the seed that grows into the tree.

As Cyrix said, you buy the seed, therefore, it is your seed, which grows into a tree that is from your seed. To own rocks, would mean you physically own the property the rocks happen to be on. Rocks fall from the terra-formation you bombed. You do not own the ground, or that plot of land unless specified. Therefore it would be pointless to own something that was never yours. It would make more sense for miners to pay a fee to lay claims in different areas of 2001. They'd get a plot of land that is theirs, and they can mine, and have 100% of the spoils. That's more realistic than bombing a side of a hill in the middle of nowhere and saying that rock is yours, isn't it?

I come to these main forums, and I see Googi with an obsession with rocks having owner tags, a chronic hatred towards the Karakaze Troupe, and to you. I find it to be really sad. :(

Jobs are not meant to be linked to RPing, as neither is Gralat, therefore there is no reason that jobs need to be realistic, seeing as after all we have walls that have unlimited rocks, and trees that can grow in a day (graalian day)
