everyone I know who plays/played nepets said they either scammed people until there was nobody more to scam, spent all their days hacking neopoints and making tens of accounts that got frozen a day later, or still play it.

not to mention that psychu got scammed many a time and plays neopets.

Wow my 6 year old cousin plays Neopets or something. He said it's something like pokemon.

In a way, Loriel and Birdbird are like Co Owners and Owners. Stefan is only on 2002 now, Unixmad only played as glop for like the first day on 2001, and who else is there?

So, if I scam one person, I don't go to jail?

Well, I really don't care, because this will lower scamming rates, and hopefully, eventually, markets will have time limits before items can be bought and rocks will have owner tags.
