Ok, we are not getting anywhere by arguin, now, lets discuss the problems.

Admin Corruption:
A)Power Abuse --
Since when did an admin get to abuse his power? It may be temptin, but any and all power abusers should not get an RC at all. I would rather have an honest hard worker than barely knows how to use an RC than an RC god who acts like he owns Graal. They constantly use their warpto for no reason at all, just becuase they are too damned lazy to walk like the rest of us. THEN they get to use weapons we don't get (Zal Rifle, not giving out any names on who uses em), etc. I wouldnt be suprised if those that owned houses and had RC would RC themselves money for house rent or to buy whatever they want. RC's should not get any special privelages that the players dont have. They should play the game as normal players and follow the same rules, and only use their powers when they actually need them.

B)No Help --
What is an admin if he doesn't do his job? They say they have so much work to do. Why? Because all they do is screw around all day and not get their work done. Then it builds up, and when they finally do their work, when people ask for help, they won't help becuase they slacked off. Oh god. Even if they don't have work, most of the admins only do their jobs 20% of the time, and log off or change their nick if you ask them to do something.

C)Any others? --
Some times you will say something like "Gimme an RC ill get the work done unlike these lazy bas turds" or something that makes you sound good, but you don't get one. Why? Because they dont trust you, and because they dont think you can do their job. They dont give you a chance, thats why you can't prove yourself. Admins always try to loo good on their first few weeks of being an admin, but after that they slack off because they get to keep their admin powers.

Im not arguing, Im pointing this out. Get someone who will do the job, hold tryouts, do something, but fire these corrupted RCs. You could even add understudies, so if the head admin quits, one of the understudies gets the admin spot and he will know what to do. Case closed.

Notice the tends. Just because you have "power" doesn't mean you are going to abuse it. Nor does RC = lazyness and corruption. Stop sterotyping admins.

We don't choose to be away. on RC there is an option to turn off the -away when the playerlist is closed, but when we do it still does it. I go on graal and find my name to be "James205 -away" when on RC it says 'James205 (Account Manager) or just 'James205' you have to change it many times. i usually forget.

Mr. Bear is no better. My PMs were always ignored by him as well.

AND i'm sorry. i might of missed PMS when i was staff but i never said i was perfect.

I worked my butt off everyday behind the scenes with other staff members. You know what else kills gameo inside and probably makes him have a stress attacks? When other people are recognized for doing something good or when someone gets more attention then himself. When i was staff i treated everyone the same and didn't favor the people who were popular. That got him mad.

Now, let's be fair here. I really doubt that anybody actually ever thinks "Dagnabbit, he treats everyone so darn fairly I'm ready to burst!" That's just slander.

I think the only reason godspeed is saying that he wants mr. bear back because mr. bear was the one that gave him some position. The other admins/new ones (Nightlord?) fired him.

You seem to forget that the staff is NOT a professional one...it is done on a volunteer basis. And who is to say that professional staff don't have fun? Sitting on your ass and doing nothing is very monotonous...there is no harm in massing silly messages as long as it's kept in moderation.

it should be a professional staff. the people are paying money for stupid teenagers to mess up their game. it's a professional game, and he should conduct himself likewise.

It SHOULD be a professional staff, but its not. Bear was one of the better staff members.

Assuming if your logic was correct, that's boring. I can have fun while I am at work and still work too. I mean, come on. You really think that you should bind yourself like that? A professional staff costs money...and lots of it. More than the money recieved from upgraded accounts can help take care of. There is absolutely no harm in what he did. It only would be if he were doing it for sadistic reasons and was actually causing serious harm. Being an annoyance is nothing serious...just annoying.

by doing that, he ends up on the ignore lists of many people, or maybe even a few, doesn't really matter because every paying customer counts, and now they'll have him on ignore when he finally has something important to say, seeing as how he's an admin and all

then it is their problem, not his. If you ignore someone it's your fault if you miss important information. You are just as responsible as anyone else and trying to justify it the other way is wrong.
