Most sane people, want their children to stay away from guns... advertising a child holding a gun, wouldn't influence that children should not have guns. It would have an opposite affect...

in fact, i recall a gun control commercial which showed a boy looking to be about ten getting a gun out of a drawer.

That was against Violence not the idea of guns. He could have been getting a knife out of that draw. I seem to remember at the end of those commercials it stating stuff about how bad violence was nada about guns.

If need be, I will delete this thread to stop the flaming/arguing/insulting that is occuring in this thread. If I were moderator, I would be more thourough, but as I am no, I'll do what I can.
