Yes, US are not following the human rights,
Germany has just won again against the US
on the international court (it was about killing
two germans who didn't got a fair court case).
In the EU it is strongly forbidden.

Eye for an eye. Thats how I would LOVE to see it. You want to go kill 10 people, then you should be tortured and killed also. What country is it that if you kill a child the parents get to kill that person? I know that may be against peoples religions but if someone killed my child, I would be glad to stone them to death. =/

i'm all for capital punishment. i would like to see sex offenders and pedophiles die more than murderers though.

Truthfully, I think I'd rather be raped than murdered. Life is worth living for me, I don't really see why you would let a psychotic murder be able to break out of jail while a sex offender is being exucuted. Please explain this concept it isnt sinking in.
