Exactly.. It states that they will not give it out. They didn't. A hacker got into it, stole it and gave it out. They shouldn't need tons and tons of security, if people weren't doing illegal things and looking at information there not supposed to see.

Graal's main consumers are small children. Ever hear of pedophilia? There's hordes of perverts who would love to get their hands on that kind of information. Cyberjouer either need to get their ass in gear with security, or close. And I'm afraid that a lawsuit may be the only thing they'll take seriously.

yes but you didn't see the airports getting sued for the lack of security, they got more security now. Which is what graal needs. I'm not sticking up for anyone, I'm just saying if you try to sue it will be a good arguement. When all these major websites were hacked and credit card info was stolen.. The company of the webpage was not sued for it, hackers can get in anything, your never safe. They did not 'share' it. It was stolen, the hackers shared.

Don't you have to sign a wavier before going on a plane? I've never riden in one, but I think you do. I know that I never signed a waiver for the release of my personal information.

It is called customer service. You want what is best for your customers so that they will most likely use your services again. However, graal, in the past as a whole, has showed that put their customers last, so I doubt they would willingly fix and fund for this.

If this is suited for courts, it has to be determined which court it would be held in. American or French?

Graal is a horribly-run service, and they do not deserve as many second chances as they've been getting. Someone needs to get them shut down. As for which court, I'd say American court, since it's our citizens that have been put in danger by this information.
