Because he can't let people in neither can i. Unlike the water kingdom the medieval kingdom requires guildtags for just about everything. Therefore being in the kingdom does no good without the guildtag and all the admins are either too busy or lazy to make tags.

I'm sure Loriel would make them right away. He just needs to come on a bit more.
