Well, personally, whenever I get scared, I just pray to God. It works great, to. I don't feel scared anymore knowing he's watching over me like a big brother.

04-16-2001 12:06 PM

I'd do that if I belived in a "god." =\

Crono Illusion 04-16-2001 12:07 PM

Squidder's stories are quite scary, and I probably won't sleep for a while... but thenagain, I almost never end up being able to sleep in the first place.

Same. When I'm doing that, I think to myself, "suckers!"

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:11 PM

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:15 PM

Oopsy, whatta ya know, I did a google search and I DID find Kalamazoo, Michigan!

Oh well, I still wouldn't get inanely scared about it.
Although, if you have a stuffed animal, I suggest hugging him in the night.

04-16-2001 12:16 PM

I could just stay awake all night in a well-lit room without closing my eyes for a second...

Brady2 04-16-2001 12:16 PM

When I'm scared, I pray to God also.

And trueheat I checked my history of you a long time ago and you used to be in JF?

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:17 PM

Nah, ghost's aren't allowed to come out on Sunday's. Union rules. Just ask me friend, Franklin Rosevelt.

04-16-2001 12:17 PM

I was in JF because the other members were my friends and it was the only respectable non-pking guild.

Brady2 04-16-2001 12:18 PM

Crono Illusion 04-16-2001 12:19 PM

When I'm scared, I start playing Tetris.
I don't know why, but I'm not scared about things after I do.

Psyker 04-16-2001 12:20 PM

Okay. I just read up to page 5, and I cannot read anymore. I'm freaked out.

Brady2 04-16-2001 12:20 PM

my step dad's old house was haunted, I could swear there was a ghost there. when my 34 year old uncle came to visit he got scared real bad... also when the ghost kept making noise my step dad just yelled shut up and it stopped

also Oui-ji (sp) boards are really wierd

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:21 PM

Maybe the REAL reason I'm not as scared as ghosts as many of you other guys are, is because I'm more afraid of U.F.O's and aliens and stuff.
I suppose I've watched too many TLC specials.

Crono Illusion 04-16-2001 12:22 PM

I've never lived in a building that seemed to be haunted.

Brady2 04-16-2001 12:22 PM

haha once I had a dream that aliens landed on my house at night and they were white lights walking around

Brady2 04-16-2001 12:23 PM

UFO's are scary when you know they are real... My step dad worked in the white house in the 70's and he typed up all the reports that were given to the president, he told me he believes in UFO's now

I don't know why, but I'm more afraid about diseases than anything else.

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:24 PM

My own little UFO story: (I'm not making this up)
Well, when I was about 6, I used to wake up at around 6:00 AM every morning. I'd go into the computer room, and play computer games for a while. I happened to look out the window and see a round-shape object that is red and has a white line following it. It flew pretty quickly. It probobly was a helicopter, but I'm not sure.

04-16-2001 12:25 PM

I don't get scared easily, the painting one was freaky, but not enough to keep me up at night.
*is on page 3 of the ez board link*

04-16-2001 12:25 PM

I'm afraid of spiders.
I once dreamt that I was in bed and a spider half the size of me was crawling on me and I was literally paralyzed.
It's the worst feeling ever.
I also dreamt that i was watching the ghostbusters then their faces exploded and underneath were green zombies.
I haven't dreamt in two years.

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:26 PM

I don't see why people are scared about U.F.O's. I know about the medical experiments and stuff, but did you ever stop to think that they MIGHT be here to help our poor, barbaric race? That they're trying to learn about us? They're as curious as we are, they just have different techniques of learning things.

04-16-2001 12:28 PM

The weird thing is, I have actually had a dream about something and then whatever happened in that dream would happen in real life and I would stop and say, "WTF!?" to myself and feel weird but ok.

Brady2 04-16-2001 12:28 PM

I'm very afraid of scorpions and spiders, I can't sleep after I see one... I always hit my shoes out before I put them on and I hit my bed before I get in it...

Am I paranoid? or am I just stoned...

Possibly they're here to do us a favor and end George W. Bush's presidency... he's just too dumb to deserve the job.

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:29 PM

When I have dreams, they're happy dreams. Mainly because I think of happy things.
One time though (Prepare for flame mail) I was only about 4 years old. It was going to be my first night with the light off.
I was in bed, and was sleeping, when I woke up! I was on the floor, ontop of my radio, and I saw bats flying at me! I ran to my mom and dad's room and they eventually gave in and let me sleep there.

I think it was just my fear of darkness that made me dream about bats flying at me.

I hate spiders.
My computer is in the basement and just last night I had this large red spider crawling on my foot and then I jumped up and went to bed without going back to turn my computer off.

04-16-2001 12:30 PM

I fought aliens in my neighbor's house which looked like my house once when i was like eight.
it was crazy
I had a dream about a horse going up an escalator on a ferry...

freddyfox 04-16-2001 12:31 PM

Let me bring upon a topic you probobly don't know:
The california marshland "lizard man".

yes

Brady2 04-16-2001 12:32 PM

i'm going to bed

Crono Illusion 04-16-2001 12:32 PM

I have nothing against spiders, since I once lived in a house infested with bugs, and spiders were the only ones that weren't annoyingly loud.
