Managers was removed from NPulse, for trying to sell its content and trying to move it to a different platform. That doesn't forbid anyone from trying to recreate/ run the server. The latest Graphics on NPulse was done by the great Aeko, thus not even close to being stolen content. However I'm pretty sure its not ILLEGAL to recreate the server on your own space. I can email unixmad for further information regarding it. He replys to my emails pretty rapidly, which is a great thing.

You need permission from the last server manager to ressurrect that project, and since Ducati was fired... There is no *last* server owner :p

Some graphics found on Google were still on it such as the grundo thing from zelda. Also PWA forbid reviving it because of that reason. It's not just a summed to be forbidden it was denied. Also the rumor was ducati had matt try and sell it so both managers got banned. Another manager of another server basically setup an undercover sting.

Also taking it to another platform besides graal isn't allowed. All files uploaded to graal belong to graal including rights to reproduce. Would be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Not to be rude by any means, but let's get facts straight before we post. Aly insisted on selling the content without realizing such restrictions. We never got to the point of actually selling it, information of our decision just got leaked.

We had no intentions of moving it to another platform. Ally has given up on graal completely and decided to develop new content on a new platform, with the intent of selling NEW unpublished npulse content to fund the new project. Nonetheless somehow midnight chill of all people was given npulse by Stephen. With All that said, no accusations seemed correct and the overall situation was a little iffy.

I received approval from unixmad yesterday for a new team to continue npulse so once we get further than that we will post more information.

These are facts Matt, there are screenshots where you had a talk about selling Npulse content to a player. These screenshots got saved by the PWA and added to your file. They didnt globally ban Ducati and you just for fun.

Again, no disrespect but you don't even know all of the facts to be posting any factual statements. I also don't recall you being a part of N-Pulse, at all. Anyway let's not argue.

Should let it be known my account password was retrieved from graal account and Skype which at the time both were the same back then. My ban history should be able to verify that x.x. And then a known hacker gained ownership of npulse. I don't really care to say anymore than that because I'm more concerned about continuing npulse then explaining that whole fishy situation.

Matt, I saw the whole conversation with my own eyes. Please do not blame Ducati to get yourself in a good light. Your Account was not hacked, there are no different IPs saved that would show someone else logged into your account on Graal. (Yes this got checked before you got banned globally by the PWA)

I remember the good old days, I was in Han Dynasty and all 5 of us had different colored outfits, events were so fun that it inspired me to jump into my first ever staff role as ET on N-Pulse :D Used to go by Core (Han Dynasty) back then I wish I could find some old screenshots.. I miss those dudes.. there seems to be a Han Dynasty guild on the iOS classic server though o.O

N-Pulse had my favourite events and it was awesome hosting for people on there, can't imagine it doing bad these days but then again who can say..?

One of the first servers I remember logging into when I started, was never anything special to me though.

Mine too, I remember being a trial account and being reset every time I logged on for like the first few days before I bought a Lifetime subscription... When drako and I started we remember people asking if we were trial or p2p, then leading us to the spars and killing us... Some good memories actually.

Screw it!! Make a new server, with Black Jack & hookers!! Okay maybe not with the Black Jack & hookers but you could just call it M-Pulse or Inpulse. Do a smooth trick like mirror all the levels so no one will be the wiser.

Okay enough joking around. The thing that upsets me is that it will probably just become one big chat room again. In order to bring back a server with things that are loved it needs to be thought through. Not just throw up old levels and sit in chat room style. If you want that, just do a *cough private server cough*. It would be nice to have a place for questing and events again. The only problem with questing is either it has a finite or infinite end. Good quests normally have a finite end but lack replay-ability. Reward from said quests tend to warp things like the events. It's a lot of thought I have been thinking of over the years.

Also, I still talk to Ducati.. she's my other half...

Nico - You really have no idea what is going on either. You can say you have read what 'happened'. Yeah.... what MidnightX wanted you guys to see what happened. It really shows where Graal has gone when they start believing MidnightX.... I don't know ANY N-Pulsians needs any form of explanation on why we don't listen to MidnightX.
I wasn't selling ANY Graal content - it was all none-graal loaded content which I had PAID for myself. And the only 'Graal' established content I was selling was my LAT'ing hours which has been done, and is still being done. Nothing against that.
I was Banned because Midnight warped and lied about what happened and I wasn't even contacted because Midnight was friends with the PWA. General Graal corruption.

People can say what they like about me - But I don't think there is to many people who had put more time and effort into N-Pulse than myself... Whether you liked me personally or not shouldn't disregard my efforts into trying to get N-Pulse back for the people. N-Pulse will never be anything, as it's host itself is dead (Graal).

Maybe one day we can all appreciate a game run by civil people who care, and enjoy in it's makings. But till that day - I say N-Pulse will be dead.

It was the only good part of NPulse and the sole reason was you could lag the crap out of the server.

I agree completely about just throwing up old levels and it becoming just a chat room. The major part of graal the got me interested was the questing. Then it seemed that over the years the art of questing/quest making died out and people opted for RPG where they sacrificed quests for dungeons and turned everything into a major grind. I have often made some legitimate comparisons with graal's past and present. For example, Graal Kingdoms. Not a single person has been able to explain why a game that was pay to play and if you reconnected you lost everything with a player count of about 80+ average to a game thats now completely free struggling to hit the 30's consistently. I know a lot of people blamed P2P and trial restrictions on the decline but now that there gone whats really holding the game back? The great thing about N-Pulse was it had a rather large somewhat-still active community. I feel like a well presented story/questing could help bring us all together again.
