GK: You don't even login unless some oldbie gives/USDs you mad crap.
Zodiac: You can legitimately go from 0-60 in about 3 hours, and can get a random multimillion dollar drop at any point in time. It's actually semi-fun to earn money (farming w/ friends), and when-in-doubt you can just afk in CTF or loan crap from people (since you can only play one char at a time and generally have 5-10 sets of gear).
UN: Aren't EPs their main currency? Those things you get by playing little games?

Era: Mine for a hundreds of hours in a lonely brown room with ugly 'rock' wall outlines repeating the same 3 button presses endlessly in circles around the ugly middle thing until you finally earn enough 'k' to get ripped off since it is impossible to predict the economy. Ending up with expensive a gun that will eventually (and mysteriously?) reproduce asexually 50 times; yet you don't even know how to use said weapon cause you spent all your time on Era mining instead of gaining skill.

Either that is too much for some people, or I'm just totally wrong and Alfonso's idea of 'Give away millions of dollars of crap in raffles to random players' just made people soft and expect free stuff to fall from the sky.

My two theories, long and short.

Edit: Paul even said the whole plan was just so he could profit himself and get free stuff.

Ehh...kinda on the fence with this idea. I think everyone should get their own money in their own way. Just giving way free stuff/money (raffles) is just plain dumb.

I've logged on Era a lot more then twice, while I also took small effort to take in some of the Era culture and social behaviors from who I could, consider it a sociology study on Era.

The only thing I will concede is that I don't know all of the issues that have to do with the problems, but I do know that I'm allowed to have small input towards anothers ideas, it's called following a thread, try it sometime.
