The "shine" is too slow, it's going at laser scan speed.

The shine also jumps from one glass to another to fast.

At the pulling part (sideways) the shine is even missing :)

I'd definarely say smooth out the curves and get a better shading going on in that blade/everything else.

I think the number one tip here is: avoid pillow shading.
