You aren't kidding. You have to be in one of those three guilds to be admin- i don't think that any of the recently hired admins were outside of those guilds.

Edit: Did I say recently? I meant the last 10-20.

Well.. I'm personally not a suck-up to be in a guild like that. Of course I'd be nice to my boss, but following some guild to be a staff? No thanks. BTW: Regret got to know Xor through Zodiac, that's how he got hired.
